The location was quite handy, making it easy to explore central London. The room was charming with quirky decor, and the comfy bed made for a relaxing night. We really appreciated the clean bathroom with a great shower, but the lack of an elevator made lugging our bags upstairs a bit tricky.

Couples love this place
The room was clean and the jacuzzi was a fantastic touch! We really appreciated that housekeeping came to refresh our towels and bottled water without us even asking. It felt nice to come back to a room that was always kept tidy.
Look, it wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering everything else, it was still acceptable.

The self-service check-in made for an uncomplicated arrival, and the room size was impressive, offering warmth and comfort. A highlight was the option of a jacuzzi bath, although we didn’t take advantage of it. Unfortunately, the lack of reliable wifi in the subsequent stays became a major inconvenience, compounded by unresponsive customer service about promised refunds. I felt let down by the overall support during the issues I faced.

Had a cozy stay in a spacious room with a hot tub! Loved how clean it was. The bed was as comfy as a hug. Perfectly located near charming eateries and quiet at night.
But seriously, those stairs were practically a light cardio workout! A kettle full of standing water? Yikes-it's not a science experiment, darling!
